While it is always best to find someone you know to share a side or a whole, we may be able to pair you with someone if you are interested in a ¼ beef. However, cutting will be by standard instructions and will not allow for your personal preference. A standard cut quarter contains a variety of steaks, roasts, ground and stew beef.
