Our free-range chickens start off in a brooder in the barn when they are a
few days old.  We put them out onto our pastures as soon as they grow
enough feathers to keep themselves warm, where they get lots of exercise
and enjoy sunshine and fresh air.  They are moved onto fresh pasture
daily, and develop a tremendous flavor from grazing on grass.  We typically
raise them late spring through early fall and aim for finished birds that are
between 5 and 7 pounds.  

Orders are filled on a first come, first serve basis and we do sell out every
year, so order now!
