    Pasture Raised Pork:  our Tamworth pigs are a heritage breed animal,
and enjoy their lives on pasture, rooting for legumes, roots and
vegetation and of course, rolling in mud to stay cool.  They produce meat
and bacon that is lean and fine grained.  Especially hearty, these pigs
thrive on pasture without growth hormones or sub-therapeutic antibiotics
and enjoy plenty of sunshine and fresh air.  They are also great at
clearing land and are helping us to reclaim pasture that was beginning to
turn back into to woods.

Our customers enjoy fall and spring pork locally processed by the 1/2 or
whole, with hams and bacons cured and smoked to order.
